About 85-90 N1 will give you a 200 KIAS comfortable climb. To maintain 200 KIAS, bring the power back to the horn and then about half a knob width forward--I think the FF is around 450 to 500 a side, depending on weight.
 
Thanks batMan. I also find that whatever fuel flow gives you 200 KIAS S+L... is also a very good power that will keep you about ref+10 to ref+20 on an ILS glideslope when fully configured. Depending on weight/temp and wind you should be able to stay on the numbers by never straying plus or minus 100 lbs. say stay between 400 to 500 lbs of fuel flow... and BE PATIENT
