Not quite true, if you're at Aerial Sign for at least a year you'll likely ferry Cubs from Florida to either California or New Jersey. I've flown the entire Atlantic coast quite a few times at less than 500' AGL from Boston to Key Biscayne FL except for a small restricted area around Cherry Point where I had to go inland, lots of great sight seeing.
