I don't know who sent it, I deleted the message after I copied it and pasted it here.
I've heard of scams like this before but on Ebay not Citibank and the message didn't have all of the grammer errors.

My Email address is a yahoo.com address, that's where it was sent to.

this could have been a direct result of excessive chemgoo intoxication by one of the more quite users of this board.:D

You may have been able to buy one, but finding the time to fly one is a whole nother problem. Flying what you don't own or pay for is a lot more fun anyway!
