I think this was posted here a while ago. At any rate, I believe this matter has been dealt with through the proper channels, at least according to his own posts on the ALPA boards. Go there for more info.

This has been posted on here before...and I don't believe the name of the individual involved should be posted on a public forum. This has been discussed in detail on the ALPA site and has been handled in-house at Comair. That should be sufficient.
