What is the extent of the information that a prospective new employer can ask and receive from a former employer for hiring background checks? I know that they can get all training information and info on any incidents and accidents, but is there anything else beyond that? In other words, if said prospective new employee made a small violation of the company's general operating manual, would this be common knowledge for the new company? What if there was no FAA infraction nor any regulation busted, purely a intra-company violation? Any thoughts? Thank you
