Great Web Pages, just gave me some extra references for my type rating study:).

be careful about what you study on the net. not all of it is the same for the equipment you'll be learing next month. some things may be slightly different. not to mention you'll be studying a 737-200 Advance, not an NG.

besides your manual, you are given several resources and study guides that will help you immensely. all the goodies that you get are more than sufficient.

if you havent already been notified about when you can pick up your manuals, find out. they will let you pick them up a couple weeks before ground school starts. advice to you lucky winners of the job lottery: study the limitations in vol. 1 of the fcom before ground school starts, you have that test in the first couple days of ground school. when you get your qrh, study that too...for the next test...all memory items.

good luck, we're all counting on you...

I went to HPA in 2002. A good book to get is "The Cockpit Review", by Canova Aviation Publications. Covers the -200 and -300. I have the 1998 - rev 6 version. Using this various gouges and the material provided by HPA, the class went smoothly.
