I know the pilot group is generally younger. Any ideas on numbers/percentage of baby boomers retiring over the next 5 - 10 years?

Thanks

It's such a small number, and not really worth calculating into the job decision.

Now the legacy carriers are a different story. Some are over 250 retirements per year.

In 1 1/2 years my JB number has gone down by about 11, if that helps any.

The big variable here is the rapid growth. Hopefully not too rapid.

but hopefully not too slow :)

Are we talking about sex or airline growth?
