I wonder if anyone out there might be able to give me some information about how to get involved with Army Aviation in the Arizona National Guard. I talked with someone about it a while back, but have since lost touch with him. I'm exhausting every avenue to find out about how to go about it. I may just drive down to Marana with a resume and see what happens, but I'd like to get some inside info first. Can anyone help me?

Thanks in Advance

I can tell you the Army Guard needs pilots just as bad as the other Guard/Reserve services. I spoke to an Apache Driver from Arizona that said they weren't getting enough applicants to fill their slots, so they were turning flight school slots back into the active Army. If you're qualifed, go out and talk to some pilots and find out the deal, I would do exactly what you suggested. Drive down there with a resume and get the ball rolling.

Good Luck
