I'm somewhat optomistic but I'm using basic assumptions. We crew at just about 5 crews per a/c (I think) so 20 more a/c would be around 100 captains, depending how far ahead they are in the current training push. The most junior upgrade in the last award was about 466 I think. I am 601 so that puts me about 150 from upgrade, depending on attrition, what the DEN guys do, etc. This also does not include the last vacancy notice or the 40 mentioned by the end of the year. It would be close.
