Number

Jeff,

Come join the UALCompuserve/AOL forum and you will find some information from fellow UAL pilots. Also the number of furloughees actually hired was only four, not 15 as the MEC Chairman reported. And no I don't know where he got his information or how the disparity in numbers occurred.

Humble

Jeff, At this time, there are not anymore UAL
furloughed guys in the pipeline, that I know of!
That doesent mean I'm right, just that I dont know.
I know there are some of them in DFW thsi week, interviewing
with the "off the street" guys! Thats a fact I know!

As they say, imatation is the sincerest form
of flattery, so EJA should be flattered!!

And there is plenty of room left in the "sandbox" for
all to play in..

I thought you got hired with EJA. Whats with the push with Avolar.

Eja will come after you for the contract. Just a heads up.

 I hope UAL suceeds in the fractional biz, (yeah I know its supposed to be run separate) but after being with Flexjet for a number of years the pilots were told.... American couldnt handle it and bowed out.
American of course tried to run it similar to the airlines and for whatever reason, it didnt work out. Bombardier stepped in and bought them out. They now have the structure everyone has come to know and love.......kinda like the "Forbin Project"
