I know two of the guys. The other two were from AvJet.
 
English do you know what kind schedules they have over at Toyota and is pay good.I still can't believe that a charter company pays Gulfstream captians $150K.Do they pay that well at Toyota?

Some charter companies simply "manage" the airplanes for the owners. If those owners want to have certain pilots (and their experience) or keep those pilots, then yes "those" type salaries are certainly possible.
 
I agree. There ARE charter and management single airplane type jobs that pay VERY well.

I know more than a few 135 managed GIV/GV/GLEX pilots making 150-200K.

my point is.... it also depends on location.
