At our airline more than one pilot per day. Going to UPS, FedEx, Delta, AirTran, Fractionals, World, Cathay....

We have a pilot shortage that has deferred three aircraft, but still the Chief Pilots are encouraging people to leave and trash talking those who might want to stay. I do not understand what is going on at my airline.

What happened? I thought you guys were an ALPA carrier? Are they not doing much for you guys.... WOW!

But only 12 CA's, which is what matters for us .
