i have consistantly been moving up 30+ numbers a month for a long time. I have no idea who leaves from behind me though. Been here just over 2 years upgrade begins next month and i have over 1200 people behind me FWIW. XJT

At our airline more than one pilot per day. Going to UPS, FedEx, Delta, AirTran, Fractionals, World, Cathay....

We have a pilot shortage that has deferred three aircraft, but still the Chief Pilots are encouraging people to leave and trash talking those who might want to stay. I do not understand what is going on at my airline.
