In the colored boxes portion of the test....how are you supposed to know when to call quality control...the simulation is saying i am calling up incorrectly. Test tomorrow....and needless to say; its time to hang up the epaulets
 
press quality control as soon as a "defective" letter arrives, follow the instructions given during the test and examples, if you score below 85, you should not even be a pilot
