Sure, just get hired at an airline that flies ATR's

(sorry, just couldn't resist)
 
Try Flight Safety at the Wilmington Delaware (New Castle County) Airport ILG. The last time I was there, they had an ATR 42/72 sim that was used extensively.
 
I have used ATR sims at FSI, HOU, ATL, DFW. Those are the only ones I know of. Some in France I'm sure. May be a bit beyond your budget.

Why? Got an ATR job lined up. I have plenty of old ATR material (manuals, chk list, study guide). I'd be happy to help you out. PM me if you like. Good luck.
