The states with tort reform, the cost of malpractice insurance has increased. (true, look it up)
For the states that couldn't pass tort reform, that problem got handled when the lobbyists bought the states supreme court seats.*****(look at the miss elections)
Most end up on medicare costing us (not the ones that did wrong) more money.
I hope you never have to settle for what they think is right. I can't afford to pay for it...

But any city with suitable service can be petitioned for and accepted as a gateway. I'm not certain of the precise definition of that but I gateway out of Missoula, MT [MSO] and it has RJ service to SLC, DEN, SFO, 717 service to MSP and -8 service to SEA.

To sound like a politician on the stand, I don't recall, but I think I submitted my app in January and got called in April, took online assessment in May and interviewed in June.
