"As far as competitive flying hours for hiring goes... I am sure they vary all across the board - depending on who else is in the pool at the time, etc... But I do know that they have hired folks with (relatively) low time (and/or smaller a/c types...including smaller than RJ's) ...so I definitely wouldn't count yourself out."
I have flown with guys that had only bush time in cubs and otters, so the Turbine time isnt necassarily a must. A recommendation will make all the difference!!
The sim ride is in the classic and lots of glass dudes choke, thats one reason these bush guys have made it.
