We tend to get a little laxed with our own, but yes, our rules are business casual. We have a few bone heads just like everyone else. Good on your captain. I'm sorry one of our guys put him into that position.

Are all STN crews employed by the Atlas Air Branch office (AABO) as stated by the 10K and what is the timeline for the merger of the seniority lists?

All new hires are part of Atlas Air and on the Atlas Air seniority list. The AABO stuff is just the original folks hired in the UK and they are not on the Atlas Air list and they are not represented by ALPA. Merger is planned for the first part of '08???????

Two questions that may have been answered already:

1. What's the status of the furloughed Polar crews - are they back yet? Do they start back with Polar or do they go to Atlas openings?

2. When would Atlas look to hire from the street again? Any predictions?

1. All the Polaroids are back on the payroll, for the time being. They remain on the Polar senoirity list, no movement between the two lists.

2. There may be a need to hire this summer, to fill vacancies due to retirements and attrition. The STN base is tough for the crews that live in the states. Many give it a try then bail.
