Nope, they done good and are safe. Boeing better be all over this one. When we first got the -400F, there were a few of these incidents, but there was not the awareness of lithium batteries that we have now, nor the accident history.
 
So this was a malfunction of the fire detection system? Holy crap! That is a huge deal. You're right. Boeing better get this fixed fast.

These fire detection systems have gotten so intertwined and convoluted that no amount of systems knowledge can reason out if the damned thing is lying to you or not...
