might be for attrition... isn't big D supposedly hiring 300 or so this year and 50-60 per month thru 2011???
 
Yea just had re current and SH said no drop off in winter flying
 
Why would Delta want to sell Compass or Mesaba? Two less regionals to have to pay for flying, since they already own the jets?
 
If any growth for ASA were in the cards, we would be hiring now while simultaneously recalling all furloughs.

I would expect enough 'new " flying to simply replace that which we were going to lose. Skywest has a little pilot fat in their system for many reasons. Big flying will be going their way, if any happens.

I doubt it. If ASA were experience half the growth OO saw, ASA would cheaper on the block than SkyWest. I wouldn't be surprised to see at ASA next.
