Marriott is $60/month renewable whenever, meaning if I pay for 30 days and then it expires you don't have to renew it that day, you get it the next trip. I typically renew and get a few extra days out of it, sometimes a week meaning you'll pay about 11 months out of the year. Clear as mud?
I used the Westin for a year. Back then it was $40/month. Likely a bit more now. Right next to the Marriott IIRC. Well lit, decent security, good coffee inside and it seemed pretty safe to me. Never had an issue. I was in and out at all times of the day and night.
A couple pilots were robbed about a block from there last year. IIRC they were walking from one of the restaurants at that intersection to either the Hilton or Hilton Garden. That area wouldn't be my first choice.
The Renaissance (north side of the ATL) used to sell monthly memberships to their fitness center that came with a parking pass . . . . might be worth looking in to.
There are several hotels on Virginia Ave that don't seem very concerned about people parking there, rhe Wellesley is one such example . . . . Not the best area after dark, but to drop your vehicle and catch the hotel shuttle, it's pretty convenient.
