Hi,

I'm an ex-ATA refugee who recently received a number of shares of new stock in the mail.

I feel dirty owning it. How much is it worth and how can I get rid of it? I don't think it is listed on any exchanges.

Info

When you find out what it's worth will you post it here? I do not have access to the web board. I was issued the same stock.

Thanks

Same here on the stock.

Let us know what you find out.

I thought of framing it. Well, maybe I'll burn it.

Don't feel dirty for having it. It's just warrants. ATA hasn't issued stock yet.

If you are a former ATAer then you do have access to the board. PM me if you have questions on where it is or how to get on. It has moved since the major furloughs of early 2005.

Sign me up as well. I tried but could not log on to the ATA boards either. I am wondering what to do with what I received as well.

I no longer have access to the ATA webboards. Can someone post a recap of the stock info here? Those of us that resigned post concession but pre-furlough don't have access to the web boards because we are no longer in "Duane Woerth's" VIP club.

Are you guys sure you're using the new crew web board url? Try This:

http://www.atacrews.com

then use your old log in info.

The Stock and Warrant certificates that you have received are a result of the claim settlement that the pilot group received, as we had a claim as an unsecured creditor.

With all due respect to Hal, the "new" ATA has issued stock, and the certificate that you have in your possesion states the number of "shares" that you own.

So basically I can sell the stock I have any way for any price that both parties deem acceptable? I just write the new owner on the back of the stock certificate?

Ebay here I come...you too can own a piece of the Latvian success story of the 20th century: ATA!
