When do you start to receive pay and at what rate? When do your medical benefits start?

Here's the scoop-

Pay starts at day 1 of indoc. Current starting pay is $37.50/hr, goes to $39.00/hr July 1, 2004. Guarantee is 75 hrs/month. Medical benefits start 30 days after you are hired, assuming you get all the appropriate paperwork filled out and turned in within 2 weeks of your hire date. Hope this helps.
