Hi Folks;
I would like to know what is a competetive edge at ATA . I am an ATA wana be type of a guy. I have been trying to get a call for interview for the last 2.5 years and I just keep trying anyway. Recently I recieved my application and sent it in. I got that famous card and just waiting to see what 's going to happen next. I have heard that they do put a lot of emphesies on the 9 essay type questions . Experience wise I am not clear on what type of hours or specific experience they are looking for.
If any one has good information regarding the competetive edge and in general what they like to hire , please post. I have a lot of international experience and hours. But not typed in any equipment.
