I think it would be smart to get a letter of rec or two from somebody that can attest to your flying ability and character. Definetly would not hurt.
Just found out today, 70 more newhires this year.

Gotta a call for the 7th!!

I'm interviewing the 7th and couldn't be more excited! It would seem that pilot help from the inside speeds the process along.

Harleyguy, If you know anyone that works there, ask em for a LOR. I think it definately would help, but if you can't. Remember that just getting the interview takes an act of God and that is a good sign for you.
