When we get a new contract I'll let you know. My guess is that ATA75Pilot will be flying blue and orange 737s before ATA's contract is settled...
 
As far as payscales go...pre 9/11 management was walking around talking about CAL +10%. Now the offer on the table is considerably lower. Right now it is looking like a real possibility of a strike occuring. At the very least I see it going as far as the 30-day cooling off period.

The success of the company was in no small part attibuted to the hard work, sacrifices, and dedication of some of the finest aviators bar none. It is time to reward these folks with a salary and benefits package commensurate with our place in the grand scheme of things.
