I bought a ticket round trip PHX-OGG and am trying to select my seats… I was hoping one of you could let me know what rows I should avoid so I don’t get stuck with a seat that doesn’t recline (i.e. the seats in front of the emergency exit rows) all the way to Hawaii.

I called customer service but apparently whoever fielded my call in India had never heard the term “recline” before.

Oh, thanks for the smokin deal… $370 rt

The Hawaii flights out of Phoenix are 757-200s. Avoid the last row (35) as these seats do not recline. Neither does rows 9 and 26. The best seats are 10BCDE or row 27(most legroom).

I've done that same flight this time last year and they did in fact use their 300 model. But I think that is not the norm though...
