Agreed. I used to work out of PDK for 2 years and we had to reposition to ATL more than once for west coast trips in the summer.
 
It is not adequate if you want to put fuel on and go to the west coast on a summer day. Alot of your Mid-size jets need alot of more runway than what they have at PDK if you are loaded.

You just need to get a Falcon.
 
I was there when they screwed up. They touched down about 4500 ft down the runway and didn't go around. Serious pilot error. This was a true resume builder.

If what you say is true (I have no reason to doubt you) infukincredible. How many times does this have to happen

A Dornier crew landed just before them and while taxiing in, watched em touchdown about the Foxtrot taxiway on 20L.
