There's a Toledo area airport (sorry I forget the name, but it's around 10 or 15 miles west of TOL I think) that has a Frasca 142 that I used once for a few hours (solo interview prep), inside of an hours drive south of DTW/YIP on the freeway. If I had an airport guide handy I could tell you the airport and flight school- the place was a Cessna dealer if I recall.

Tradewinds Aviation up at PTK in Waterford has a Frasca. I don't know if they've changed things since I worked there, but I think you can even get "checked out" in the sim so you don't have to pay $40/hr. for the instructor.
