I looked the owner in the eye this week and told him that the pay scale sucks a$$. He looked at me like I was crazy for leaving for NetJets. I have no clue what he is thinking, NetJets was so impressive at the interview that, I want to kick him in the balls. The pay is incredible and the benefits OMG, WTF is he thinking, that I should be honored to fly his precious Lear or what?​
