I recently interviewed there at ASA. The process is really simple and they do a good job of making you feel at ease with the sim ride and interview. They show you a video about the company which was expected, but I never got that "OOOHHHHH look at our jets" vibe. They were very straight forward with what they are hiring for, and even mentioned the possibility of being placed in the ATR. Good Luck and PM me with any questions.
