This will be easier to read. If we can just go by these we can get a kind of average of what each place makes.

Company:

Expected Gross W2 total wages:

401K Contribution:

FO or Capt:

Year:

Aircraft:

(and for SKW...)

Profit sharing checks:

Company: SKW

Expected Gross W2 total wages: $19800 (about 90 hrs flying, 100 hrs credit per month)

401K Contribution: $900 me, $50 company

FO or Capt: FO

Year: 10 months at 1st year, 2 months at 2nd year RJ

Aircraft: RJ

(and for SKW...)

Profit sharing checks:$237.00

I was on a leave of absence for over 2 months and I also had 4 weeks of Mil leave.
MIL wages will be about $9000 plus per diem of about another $2000.

OK, I'll start.

Company: Skywest

Expected Gross W2 total wages: $60,000 (working about 85 hrs/mo, no extra trips)

401K Contribution: 15%

FO or Capt: Capt

Year: 5th

Aircraft: EMB-120

(and for SKW...)

Profit sharing checks: about $1000 per quarter

I also put 15% in the stock purchase program which *should* do quite well this year an net another $3000 or so.

It has been, for Captains. It's still a pretty new program. It's only for employees with > 2 years of service and the amount is a percentage of your W-2 pay.
