Why won't SkyWest pilots talk to us (Atlantic Southeast crew) in the hotel van? We try making friendly small talk, and all we get is the cold shoulder. In my experience, it's been the rule and not the exception.

Maybe they can't see your wings since you have a giant red arrow necktie on.

Maybe it's because 90% of our crews have dooshy small talk skills and can't shut up about airplanes.

Not losing any sleep over it...just think it's sad we all work for the same company and there's no unity!!
