I love flying 7 legs out of atl. Off 10-28 most of the day. I approve!

Not all of the pairings have 7 legs. So here's the deal, fact: the average stage length on that airplane is 1:19 minutes. You say you want high credit 3 day trips and high credit 4 day trips. In order to get a 3 day trip with high credit, you have to fly a lot of legs.

OR

You can choose lower credit lines and fly more days. One way or another, you have to get the hours. If you don't want the trips with 7 leg days, DON'T BID THEM !!!

There is absolutely no way to please some people. All told, these are excellent pairings. Kudos to whoever wrote them.

Allow me to clarify. With the exception of the 260 pairings with 6 leg days or 62 parings with 7 legs days, I approve.

About those 62 7-leg day pairings, I've found that there were:

  • 18 where the 7 leg day is on the last day
  • 23 where the 7 leg day is either immediately before or after <10 hour layover
  • All but one with scheduled duty over 12 hours with 33 pairings scheduled over 13 hours
  • 8 where the 7 leg day is either immediately before or after a 6+ leg day

Some other things in there:

  • 129 Pairings with 18 or more legs
  • A 22-Leg 4-day (5-6-6-5) credited at 22.56 hours
  • A 22-Leg 4-day (5-4-6-7) credited at 23.41 hours

Well I have to say this is probably going to be the best balance we will see on this plane. Maybe some tweaking to make it better, but not much.

The company minimizes soft time, and we get higher block pairings.

Its a new reality on this aircraft in the DAL system.

No doubt, it will be some tough flying.

Finally got a chance to glance at the pairings. A lot of work but decent pairings. Good amount of CVG flying with big city overnights. Who again said that April pairing were gunna be the same as March? Need to stop letting SH scare ya
