ASA to get all of CMR's 900's

There are some that truly think being a CA at all costs is what matter. Weekends off and vacation is all that matter. Well partially true, I think that working for an airline that I have confidence in and its ability to be around until I retire is more important than what my ego says I want.
He will never under stand why some never upgrade here at DAL. It is not about being boss. As someone that has worked both sides, I can say this. Being CA is great but who cares really.

Not working for a sub-contractor is everything. You can only be jerked around by your management, not your companies management as well. In the case of ASA you can be jerked around by ASA, Sky West and Delta. Move on guys, you will be glad you did.
