Once again, you have violated Flight Info Rules, under this and a previous screen name. In addition, your Libelous post is both open and notorious and brings "legal" harm to that person.

Please consider removing or having all posts removed where that person's name is mentioned. Through my posts you have been made aware of the legal implications to you. Please give it careful consideration. Your Guerilla Warfare has to stop with better impulse control! No one, including the person you named, whether your statements hold any truth or not, deserve to be "called out" in a public forum where your attacks are somewhat permanent in nature. This is libelous and hurtful to that person's reputation, and it is doubtful anyway that you have facts. Even if factual, this does not protect you from civil law under Libel statutes. Libel is much more serious than a simple slanderous one time public vebal statement that goes away to some degree with your breath.

Where did this info come from? Why are we taking this seriously, about ASA taking over Freedom flying in MCO? Did I miss something? All I see is hiring is creeping to a halt, upgrade classes were cancelled and we are losing 12 ATR;s from our fleet, knocking everybody back about 50 spots.

Why are we debating this?

It's been verified in the Delta schedules for May through an internal schedule change bulletin they put out.

Ok.....hmmmmm. That seems like a lot of extra flying. We're doing this with the same amount of aircraft, or shifting flying from other cities, I suppose.

There are 2 new DL/DC bulletins....174A shows us doing the MCO flying in May...then 174B shows us back out in June......Looks like we will be in MCO for one month...

Not quite. Those bulletins aren't listing all the flying being done. They are only listing changes to the previous month's schedule. All station managers get the bulletin and look for their station, then adjust their flights accordingly. No ASA MCO flying in the June bulletin = no changes in the ASA MCO flying for June, meaning we will still be there status quo... at least until the next bulletin comes out!
