A few years ago there was some CRJ's that were having some bad electrical problems due to water leaking through the floor and into the avionics bay. I wonder if this could be something like that causing a short
 
Remember when guys were putting the gear pin in the gap between the circuit breaker panel...just saying.
 
Can't say I remember that, but it sounds like fun. Will it make your hair stand on end?
 
The up shot is that it happened at the gate with no pax.
