I'm sure Uncle Jerry is just "DYING" to reward his worst performing airline. And I did take the time to look it up, SkyWest 1809 flights a day, ASA 869 flights a day. Sorry for low-balling on the ASA flights.

Here's the answer.......

On Time Arrival ATL - 67.3%

On Time Arrival System - 67.9%

SKW -

ATL On-Time ARR 14 - 91.8%, Completion 100.0%
System On-Time ARR 14 - 89.7%, Completion 99.6%

Yeah but everyone at SkyWest is happy...we have the sweet BHO & a 1% raise...as long as you sign up for the barbie jet!

OK...I have to apologize to any and all Dispatchers I may have offended with my comments previously. I stooped to a level that I shouldn't have, and made fun of a group of coworkers that are invaluable to an airline operation.

For any other Dispatchers out there, please accept my apology. Personal notes were already sent to Walter and XPOO.

Current numbers are.....

On Time Arrival ATL - 71%

On Time Arrival System - 71.3%

This forum used to be fun and informative but now it's just an ASA bitch-fest and it's getting old.

Quit reading it then, and go f@#& yourself while you're at it! You can try to stir the ASA pilots up all you want, but we know what we have to do, and we're doing it. If you get hurt because of it, tough shet!

And you wonder why other workgroups and the public have so little sympathy for pilot groups...

I think you've got it wrong. The other workgroups and the the flying public have NO sympathy for the pilot group at the airline of their (expedia/travelocity/super-duper low fare site, driven) choice.

The flying public simply wants low fares, pilots (and other work groups) be d@mned. I.E.: Skybus, Ryan Air, etc...

If the pilots don't stick up for themselves, it will be their (and other workgroups) QOL and pay that will be sacrificed to fund the low fares.

Do ya' really think that Management will accept lower margins to have a 'happy, productive workforce' when they can have higher margins with a CHEAP, productive workforce? Note, ALL the workgroups at the airline are included in the 'workforce'. Including those who dispatch.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not throwing a barb at dispatch. In fact, it's essential for all of our best interest that we work together, ASA folks with ASA folks, for the good of the entire workforce.

Funny about performance vs. money made. ASA has half the flights but makes just as much money. And for every dollar spent, Jerry gets around $0.12 of profit. I failed to see SW make that list for best profit margins.

Keep on..

Current numbers are.....

On Time Arrival ATL - 71%

On Time Arrival System - 71.3%

You can keep on posting these bogus numbers all you want. They have no bearing on reality. Our latest DOT stats we about 53% -during the month they account for, you could not go to our ASA and see any number less than 70%.

Funny how easy it is for these guys to lie when there is no penalty-they have no legal obligation to make the numbers on the company website match any version of reality. These are totally made up.

I would say our actual on time was under 40%-Just wait until the DOT publishes the official numbers!

you're right, SkyWest was making $30M/Qtr. in profit long before ASA showed up, but I guess it's ASA keeping us afloat now. Thanks for shedding light on my nearsightedness.

Stifler's mom. Your post count is impressive.

Oh ********************. Check that out. I wonder how many hours of my life I have wasted on this crack-whore website?

Commuting into a crashpad, along with free internet at hotels has caused me to turn into an addict on FI.
