Management of any kind usually defaults to the bottom line of making money. ASA has proven that it does not require leadership to make money, therefore, I question the direction that SkyWest is taking the company. I'm sure the LAX deal is because they would rather focus in other places, however, I do see that ASA could have failed also.
ASA has proven the intent to stall negotiations.
ASA has proven the intent to be the lowest paid.
ASA has proven to become less attractive for pilots.
ASA has proven they can encourage people to quit at a record rate.
ASA has proven to prove nothing worth while.
Is ASA a wilting vine?
Will SkyWest become SkyEast too?
I would hope the company would change our mission statement to something that they intend to achieve so the employees could have some pride in their success.
"ASA, we'll lose your bag and piss you off"
