ASA is at a crossroads.

Considering the upcoming upheaval at Mainline, and the ASA contreact negotiations starting to heat up things will get very interesting in the next 12 - 18 months. After that we will be able to determine if this place is worth a sh-t or not.

Expect to see mgmt changes in the near future. Grinstein will be cleaning house at mainline as well as ASA. I think he will realize that having multiple mgmts and operations in ATL is and has been incredibly wasteful and inefficient.

Other then that, the key to surviving this job is to be a fly on the wall and let all the B.S. go elsewhere.
