Rumor has it that ASA is paying 1.5 payrate for pilots to pick up open trips. What happened to needing pay cuts?

Really? There were only 3 trips on opentime for the '50. That ain't alot of uncovered flying.

Thats funny because XJT is doing the same thing. Hopefully a pilot shortage is coming. Who knows.

People are realizing that training costs of 50K-100K for this job isnt worth it anymore.

All ATR trips for CPT and FOs
All SLC FO trips.
All ATL CR7 CPT and FO naps.

ASA...stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime.

When I (CR2 CA) called in sick for a four day last week they told me they only had three res for the next three days, "I said man that sucks, have a good one".

Sounds like a grievance to me. ALL trips, including CRJ200, and ALL positions should get the time and a half!

VOTED IN FAVOR!
