In an effort to reduce pilot workload, Flight Logs are no longer required to be filled out on CR2 and CR7 aircraft. Maintenance will be removing the old logs over the next few weeks. Please refer to FOM-12-2008 for information on recording times when ACARS is differed.

Will there be anything for the FOs to do?

WTF is up with these new FO's not taking out the damn trash and leaving their friggin crackers on the O2 mask? Clean your crap or I'll drop in your In Box.

I rarely encounter any of the crap you guys are complaining about. I do get tired of having to run for ACARS paper, load manifests, and fuel slips.

But now you'll have to get on the imputer to see who's box to drop it in. That's too much workload.

Your flight time column has the dynamic pressure equation? Nice Gypsy, very nice.

Captains and FO's, please stop leaving me your half drank water up in the cockpit. Knowing how dirty we all are please dump it in the trash!

Someone left a stupid note in my box about the way the A/C was shut down once. Turns out we left that A/C with Maint. but yet some dumba$$ went through the trouble of looking both of us up and leaving a school kid note blaming us, and didn't have the nerve to leave their name on it. Notes are gay and so are people who stick sh!t in other peoples mailboxes. Except when people actually do poop in other peoples mailboxes, thats kind of funny.

I'm too lazy to run back inside. I carry spare load manifests & fuel slips in my brain bag. If I have to restock an aircraft I restock my bag the next time I'm inside. I may need a new plan on the RJ though. I doubt I'll have space for ACARS paper, especially after adding another jepp binder or two.

I'd say about 50/50 will do/not do the post flight walkaround without being asked. So, yeah, I like that one.

More like 80/20. And then asking them how the aircraft looked on the walkaround is usually met with a blank stare... "I thought that was one of those training things nobody does on the line"
