I am over block this month and making lots of cash because of this mess. It is amazing how patient I can be when I am making over $1.00 a minute. I do my job and let the system make me money.

If Skywest doesn't want this to happen then it all only helps the pilot group. It is showing how messed up ASA management is.

They believe they can pay as little as they can and overwork the ATL worker. They are very wrong. The work ethic in ATL is the worst in the country. The only way to fix it is make working on the ramp profitable and a respected job.

The worker in DFW had a much different work ethic and ASA was able to get away with the low pay.

ASA management regularly steps over a dollar to pick up a dime.

:rolleyes:Yeah, if JA was such a "Penny Pincher" why would he allow this "MISMANAGEMENT" to continue? Just BLOWS me AWAY!!!!! Oh yeah, PILOTS NEED TO TAKE PAYCUTS!!! YGBSM!!

Yup, let's save a few bucks by running the ramp on minimal staffing, but as a result, higher paid employees are sitting in airplanes burning jet fuel while passengers swear off Delta in the future.

Slowdown, that's funny. If they were any slower they would be filled with formaldehyde.

The difference is, the slowdown is now organized! Hahaha! Copy dat!

VOTED IN FAVOR!

That is funny. Honestly, you guys should be the highest paid pilots in the industry based soley on the shlt you have to go through every day just to get a flight out. I don't really blame the rampers or agents, i'm sure there's some worthless piece of crap sitting at a desk at your headquarters that just thinks the problem will go away and has absolutely no idea how to deal with issues outside his/her window facing the south. Just the fact alone that Skywest bought you tells me even they had no idea what really goes on out on the line in day-to-day operations. Have they done anything to improve the ASA operation? I've said from day one it's not the people it's the lack of infastructure.
Maybe Comair and ASA are to blame for Delta's problems. Take comair's managements' arrogance and ASA managements' inability and you sure could destroy a lot more than a good ole boy airline.

Thank you. We're certainly not the only ones with tough jobs, but this has reached a level of insanity that I wonder if it is a cruel alien experiment or something.

I know, I was there all this weekend. I just wonder, do the boys in salt lake have any idea what is going on? But hey, I still think you're in better hands, you went from a company that brought itself into bancruptcy to a company that made millions off of the company that almost brought you to bancruptcy. Good luck, I really like you guys/gals and wish you well.
