You know what really sums up our managment team here?

The "stack 'em deep" picture they have on myasa for all of us to see. They put that up there, and seem to be proud of a line of RJs 5 or 6 deep waiting to be parked.

Walked into ops at 1830 on the 4th and checked the monitor for my inbound flight. It said it was taxing in, Great! 1 hour 45 minutes and 3 gate changes later, it finally was parked. At that point we were scrambling to get out before the storm hit with a full boat but noone to load the bags. Called ops and they said all the passenger checked bags were lost because of the gate changes. Then the storm hit and we were on one of the ex Independance airplanes with a cabin temp showing 31C. They shut down the ramp and we sat there for another 1 hour 30 minutes, unable to deplane the pax because of the storm. Got to my nap 4 hours late. July 5th was a cluster because of the weather. We were loaded on time but sat at the gate for 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting for pushback clearance.
