I'm supprised I haven't seen this on here. Anyone else feel like this is yet another kick in the b@lls? I know... I know... They are going to use it as a negotiation tool, but while we get nothing, the rest of the company gets an extra check each quater.

The rest of the company are not contract employees, they take whatever they are given, not what they negotiated.

Would you rather have a check with an amount you can count on or one that the company gets to decide the amount to make it out for? The profit sharing thing is a nice idea if you can trust the management of your comany to do it in a fair manner. I wouldn't trust our management for anything more than lining their pockets before they move to a non-extradition country in the Carribean.

No, I don't feel a thing myself. Lately I've been getting out on time, but when arriving ATL, I've been waiting at times for parking anywhere from 10-25 minutes. That's why I want a fair pay rate and not have my pay based on any performance pay, profit sharing, whatever, from the management of this company that cannot be trusted. Just look at how they've violated and abused our current agreement! And now they want to pay DH at 50%, and no premium pay?

My opinion here only, but I don't want profit sharing/performance pay that's based on how the other employee groups perform to determine my pay.

:cool:Could not agree with you more HOSER! If I don't have control of it....forget it. Give me another 2-3 dollars an hour and I will make my OWN performance pay!:D
