During Initial Open Time - start posting your trips for swap and drops ASAP. There will be red arrow days since they have not awarded RES final lines. You still will be able to swap with IOT during this time frame and the red arrow days will be removed once the RES lines are loaded.

Something is wrong with the system. I added a roundtrip someone was dropping and I got it. However, the flight leaves before I land on my last leg. Hmmmmm.
