If you get PBS you staffing will go from thin to adequate at best. It cut about 1900 jobs from the combined DAL. (NWA and DAL total)

PBS can be good or it can be bad. It largely depends on the airline, and how management integrates it.

I will also say that I've gotten every Thanksgiving off, and even last Christmas off with PBS. While tons of people above me did not (even though they wanted Christmas off). My advice is if PBS comes, read the manual, and work the system! Know how the points score, whether it is per occurence or per hour, etc.

No! When the union and the airline agree its never a good thing!

No! When the union and the airline agree its never a good thing!

The truth comes out!

You know something is up when the union is so "rah-rah-rah" about something like this. PBS will not be an "improvement" -(as it is being sold,) and will result in massive QOL issues-as well as our furloughs being on the street longer. There is no upside to PBS for us.
