What srjorion said is exactly correct. If you have a chance to get into the game, then take that chance. If other opportunities present themselves later down the road, then you start to weight your options..
And I hope you don't take anything on this board too seriously. I came to this board when I was a CFI trying to learn about the industry and it took me maybe a week to realize most of the posters on this board are disgruntled, pessimistic, internet dwelling, too much time on their hands, pissed at the industry toolbags who shouldn't be flying.
When you step back and realize the position you are in, be positive and satisfied with the fact you have two possible jobs on the table and you are that much closer to attaining your goal. Don't let these clowns bring you down with their 24/7 hogwash, and certainly don't be too dependent on any of the responses you receive to your question. Do what's best for yourself in terms of quality of life, if that is important, and consider all the factors. But, bottom line, never turn down a job offer or interview if you don't have something already set in stone!
