ASA Mgt.??????? They want cuts in pay.

So mgt at ASA wants to save a few more million off the pilots backs to be competitive.

This coming from a mgt. team that developed a fuel savings plan a few years after all airlines were try to find ways to save money. Oh by the way I hear that most pilots don't follow the plan because they are not happy.

Lets see, get the pilots on board and there is a few million in fuel savings.

Do you think after the pilots move backwards in pay that the few million will help out. I think it will cost ASA even more then the savings in inefficiency.

Good luck. Unhappy pilots don't save money.

Yeah, and then they give BL $880,000 in stock. Almost a million. And they are asking you and I to give up some of our pay. Who else see's something wrong with this picture. Remember a few years ago when Carty did this at AA and was forced to resign?
