Am I the only one that thinks the MEC should be in the lounge enough that it isn't big news they made themselves available to us one day for 3 hours.

no you're not, they should be there AT LEAST once a week, during the day, and again in the evening for the 'shift' workers

Have you actually tried this? Good luck getting them to pick up or call you back. I don't even bother anymore.

Yeah, it's easier and more efficient for 1700 people to pick up their phones and call their reps than to put out an informational E-mail every week or two. EVEN IF it says "nothing significant to report"
